I was commissioned to illustrate 6 gif animations and illustrations for Spring Home Buying Guide in the Washington Post. I decided to follow a day and night colour scheme, ‘Sell First’ was nighttime shown in blues and yellows and ‘Buy First’ was day time shown in pinks, browns and yellows.
Buy First: You won’t have to move twice.
Sell First: You will know how much money you have.
Buy First: You won’t miss out in a tight market.
